Collapse Order RTL setting not working

    Hello!

    Love the blocks! I am running into an issue with the Columns Manager block. In the Responsive Settings area, the setting in mobile labeled “Collapse Order RTL” is not changing the layout at all. The linked page, near the bottom, the header “Smart” on mobile should have the RTL setting and should positioned above the paragraph above (the 1 row as seen on desktop)
