Collapse-o-matic working on Pages but not not Posts

Hi,
I’m having an issue where collapse-o-matic appears to be working only on static WordPress pages, and not on post pages. It also only appears to be working on the desktop versions of the site, and not on mobile iOS clients.
An example of a static page is: https://help.tgroupmail.com/collapse-page-test/ and it appears to expand and collapse as one would expect.
However, on a post page: https://help.tgroupmail.com/collapse-post-test/ content is always expanded.
