Hello, welcome to WordPress. Hopefully this will be a good experience for you.
The page you linked to is returning 404 Not Found. Please verify that this page is published.

When you change the trigger text, are you updating (saving) the page? There is most likely a very simple reason why this is not updating. Regardless, check the URL and get back to us, and we’ll help you get this issue sorted out in a jiffy.

Should work now. My apologies.I thought I had published it but it was still in draft mode.

So what are the existing issues now, or is it working correctly?

The link (https://summitshspto.com/?p=7153 ) to the page is now working. I’m still having the same issues. You should be able to pull up the page now without an error 404 Not Found.

Can you please post an example of how you are suing the shortcode?
Just the opening [expand title="xxx" swaptitle="xxx"...] part will work.

    Here is what I have:
    [expand title=”Read More”]

New Course Proposals are up for Board approval and under consideration if budget allows. Courses include AP Psychology, Exercise Science, Holocaust Class, AP Macro Economics, Integrated Algebra, Transitional Algebra

more text and I end with.

    [/expand]

it seems you have more than one expand plugin installed on the site, as su-expand-content is not coming from our plugin. Check the list of installed plugins for other accordion plugins that might be installed.

We do have the plugin Content Views installed.

It seems logical that other plugins might also use the expand shortcode.
Can you do a test by temporarily de-activating the Content Views plugin and seeing if collaspe-o-matic starts to work again?

If so, we will have to add a secondary shortcode, as a plan-b for such circumstances. First time we have run into this issue.

I have deactivated Content View, but the problem did not go away.

Seems the issue has been resolved.
