    1) No. Search the forum for Collapse Matic Hover for the reasons
    2) Yes, you can use an image as a trigger. No it will not work with hover over.

    Could you please give an example of how one would wrap the image to create a trigger?

    [expand title=”<img src=”https://brandesign.co.za/H3D-e-uct-logo.jpg”>”%5DContent%5B/expand%5D

    This is the way i would assume you would do this is this correct?

    There is an example in the documentation

    See how you are using the same double quotes to wrap the shortcode values AND the img tag values? Yeah, that’s bad.
    ...title="<img src="https://brandesign.co.za/H3D-e-uct-logo.jpg">"]...

    try using single quotes for the img tag like so:

    [expand title="<img src='https://brandesign.co.za/H3D-e-uct-logo.jpg'>"]Content[/expand]
