Collages showing on web but not mobile

Hi there,

Actually, I have the same issue on desktop, so I don’t think it’s a mobile problem.

I seem to be getting 404 errors for all the images used in the grid, for example:
https://jam-shoots.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/jam_shoots_bride_mag-16.jpg

I’m not sure why that’s happening though. Could you try the following things:

1. Disable all other plugins for a second, see if it works then
2. Switch to a default theme (like Twenty Fifteen) for a second and check again

Thanks – have just tried both those things but getting same thing – I also updated my original post as it is both PC and mobile. I also got this error when trying to deactivate and reactivate the plugin:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class EasyImageCollage in /var/www/vhosts/43/388491/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-89743/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/easy-image-collage/easy-image-collage.php on line 14

What I have just tried now is reuploading the images to the first few collages and they seem to be working fine – so maybe I just have to reupload each collage and hope it doesn’t happen again ??

“Cannot redeclare class EasyImageCollage” means that Easy Image Collage was already running and you tried activating it again.

Strange. Good to hear redoing the images seems to be working. Just let me know if you experience any other issues!
