Collage of images not showing on page and unable to edit collage

  • Hi – I’ve downloaded the collage plug-in on my multi-site. There are two issues. The first is that the images are not showing – all I get is the grid. The second thing is that in my edit page I only get this
    [easy-image-collage id=1640]
    and not a screen to edit the collage’s individual pictures etc.

    Can you help?

    Hi there,

    Are you using the visual editor or the text editor? At the moment you’ll have to use the visual editor to be able to edit those collages.

    Can you give me a link to a grid on your website so I can take a look?
