• I am trying to use the Colibri page builder(1.0.145) plugin with my current WordPress(4.9.6) site where the theme is ColibriWP(1.0.61).

The issue is when the page builder plugin is activated and the appearance > customize link is opened from the admin page.

Error on Frontend : Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘ in line :<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN” “https://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd”>

Hi @manikarunachalam,

You should really update the WordPress version to the latest version ( 5.3.2 ).
Also what PHP version do you have installed on your server?

(@manikarunachalam)

PHP version is 5.6.40

@extendthemes as per the documentation wordpress version 4.9 or higher is mentioned. Are you certain that the wordpress version is the reason ?

@extendthemes any updates on this?

Hello @manikarunachalam,

We will investigate this and see if it is really a 4.9 function ( it is possible that we use some functionality that was added on 5.0 or newer versions ).
In any case, you should update your WordPress version ( this comes with security updates, new features, and improved compatibility with other plugins too )

Hi I am using Colibri Theme for my website https://structuresds.com but if you will notice in my website I used free Hero block in my website but it seems inconsistent. For 4 container I have lines between them and others do not have it.
Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Any update with my website issue structure design. I am still struggling

Was using Calibri Page-builder and upgraded to Pro. Every Update forces you to update before you can continue. Even pressing the cross on the update message will render any changes useless. You cannot use the page-builder until you comply with the wishes of Calibri. If an update becomes available, do as they say or…loose your work. Other plugins can wait, why can Calibri Page-builder not wait?

Hi team,

May I ask how can I fix this issue:
https://snipboard.io/FboUOA.jpg

this is only happening once, but on every page or blog post if it is your first
time visiting the URL. I am already tempted to tweak the plugin which is causing the issue but I don’t want to do that because of the plugin update’s capability of just resetting it back from what it originally was before. You’re lucky if someone already noticed your issue and was included in the update, but if not, your issue will be back from were it was before.

Any thoughts on how do I solve this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Stay safe and have a nice day everyone =)
