Collect referring URL and redirect ?

  • I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this but please help me with this

    I have a domain that gets some hundreds visitors/month and I want to redirect them to some other URL but first I want to know where they come from so, what’s the easiest way when a visitor lands on domain.com to get the referring URL and then redirect him/her to somewhere else ?

    I have a feeling this is possible with some wp plugin or some 301 redirect settings but I don’t really know how or what to search for.
