Cognito Forms Plugins Missing from WordPress

  • Why isn’t Cognito Forms listed on my list of apps/plugins on the left side of my WordPress account? Did something change, or is this an issue?

  • With the 2.0 update, they removed the menu on the left side menu. You now have to go to cognitoforms.com to create/edit/publish your forms. Then using the plugin you can insert the forms from the WordPress page/post editor.

    I had to contact their support to find this out.
