CodingHeads Theme

Hi,

Long-time reader… first-time poster!

Recently received my theme from coding heads and having a few problems.
The theme works fine on their testing servers (they supply a link before you sign off on the theme), have received the source files – when I install it on my own server I get blank screens (no CSS, no images, just plain unformatted html); standard theme works fine along with another custom theme I tried.

Just wondering if there is a troubleshooting checklist available that I can follow to sort of the issue? I’ve spent an entire day installing installing/re-installing wordpress and the theme, changing configs, etc with no luck.
