Coding Not Working with Mobile Devices

I have another website using this same livestream plugin, I didnt make the code, but it was passed on to me by a friend of mine that works with WordPress then I do. The plugin works on PC and Mac, just not on mobile. Can anyone check this out and let me know why it doesnt work with my WordPress website. The web link to my site is: https://werejusrapradio.net. I built the site myself to host a livestream radio station. I also have part this code at https://wjrradio.net but a different link to make that work, because the server was changed a few weeks ago. Been having problems every since that time. No one seems to be able to help getting it back to the way it was, which the mobile at that time worked fine. Here is the code I am using to give PC and Mac listeners…. Can anyone help me with this? If so, please explain the right coding.
