Coding in the header

I’m trying to figure out what is causing this issue.

the code is appearing in the top towards the menu, but only for a couple things and it has separated out the menu for the items on the far right hand side.

I have not made updates to the site, I did update a plugin,however I have deactivated plugins to see if that would work- nothing so far

Any ideas on were I should look.
