Code to make Tagline appear

As to where you should put it… that depends on where you want it. Directly after the title perhaps?

I want it to appear directly under the header; I’ve tried pasting this code in a ton of places but I can’t get it to appear under the title of the blog…

So I’ve got it in the header, but I need to drop in a paragraph and make the font much smaller so that the other text appears under the title: https://www.gridsurvey.org/sedition

You really are going to be better off if you put the CSS in the style sheet.
