code to create smart tag to get specific field in form

    `hi,
    I have form contains fields such as name and mothers name and emails and other related information
    I have id-user field for each user submitted to the form in the database
    I’m created code to open the form if the user have id in the database
    the question is I want to create smart tag to these fields to autofill form fields for a user when user enter id and the form is opening to him by getting the user values from database
    in other word I want the user after enter id and form is opened the field is automatically full by getting data from database.
    please answer me quickly

    my site is on the intranet and my WPForms is a paid version,so I create variable tags using php and add it to my form fields.
    After that?my problem?is solved.
