Code to clear cache

Please see Clearing the Cache Dynamically.

You should be able to use $GLOBALS['quick_cache']->clear_cache();. You’ll need to make sure you include wp-load.php in your PHP script to load WordPress before calling Quick Cache:

require_once("/path/to/wordpress/wp-load.php");
