Code Snippet Plugin Still Shows Noreferrer still in External Links

I have Installed and Activated the Code Snippets Plugin. I also entered the code for “Disable Noreferrer From Being Added” and also entered the code for “Remove Noreferrer from Existing Links” in Add New Snippets section but still I am able to see the Noreferrer tag in external links.
I go to External Link and Right Click it & Select Inspect but still shows Noreferrer tag in the coding.

Please tell how to remove the Noreferrer Tag from External Links for future and also existing External links?
