Code not working

This is my form:

OK. But the FTP login is not working.

when you use [tssendy] shortcode all the list will be displayed with checkbox. User have to check one he/she wishes to subscribe.

I have pushed an update it will fix the issues you were facing.

The error is gone but the form is not working – the submit has the spinning icon beside it – not submitting. I had issues with cPanel – I will try to send you FTP access again now.

This is the error I’m getting in response when submitting the form.
So I guess the error is in some other plugin which is making CF7 to fail

To the original poster – it is now working for me – note your field name errors (ts_name and ts_email) and it should work for you too.
