    Hi everyone,

Can someone help me out with this. I’ve read similar questions but the answers didn’t work for me.

The banner is only showing when I am logged in to WordPress. When I am logged in and I use the inspect functionality I can see the simple banner code. But when I am not logged in the code doesn’t run when the page loads.

I have cleared cache and all browsing data.
I have asked someone else to view the website on their device.
I have looked to see if there is a mention of the simple banner at all (in case something is stopping it from loading), but there is nothing.

    Please could someone advise?

    Many thanks.

Hi @charlottecredo It looks like you’ve moved on from the plugin. This is likely a server cache issue, you’d need to also clear your cache from you WP Admin screen. There is likely another optimization plugin that is maintaining a website cache to speed up load time.

    Hi rpetersen29 (@rpetersen29),

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I had to try a different plugin unfortunately.

Just in case I want to use it again, how exactly would I clear my cache from my WP Admin screen? I am not sure how this is different to just clearing cache within the Chrome settings.

    Thanks,
    Charlotte

    Hi @charlottecredo
That would depend on the other plugins you have that are providing a server-side cache. Unfortunately i wouldn’t be much help here, but you could reach out to that plugin’s support team for help.
