Code is showing instead of form

  • Do you have the plugin installed and activated?

    I can’t see any evidence of it running when I look at the html source of your web page.

    Yes and yes. Does it matter whether you include it in the text view or visual view?

    Actually, neither seems to give it the juice to click in.

    I would check in text view to make sure the square brackets aren’t being escaped.

    You are identifying the contact form as a paragraph. switch to html mode and remove the <p> and </p> from around the contact form link.
