code in wp-config for main language

    Hi I have add this code into my wp-config to change the language into Spanish:

    /** The Language. */
    define(‘WPLANG’, ‘es_ES’);

    But it doesn’t work. The language is still English. When I inspect the site I see this:

    <html lang=”en-US” prefix=”og: https://ogp.me/ns#”&gt;

    Do you have any list with troubleshooting tips regarding this change of language?
