Code for Catalan

Hey there, I’m just here to inform you that the code for catalan used by wordpress is ‘ca’ and not ‘ca_ES’, so anytime I generate a .po and .mo file with this plugin I have to remove the ‘_ES’ from the file name if I want it to work.
It’s a very useful plugin but please correct this for future updates!
