Code for adding additional links to bottom of posts

  • What I need (and I don’t know if there is a plugin for this) but I would like to add additional links to the bottom of my posts. It shouldn’t be something I add in every time…

    Something like Read More work at:

    LINK

    Does that make sense and does anyone know where I can find one or how to do this?

    I could but I have no clue how to edit templates or the coding involved. Bad enough I have this terrible single row of social bookmarks at the end of every post. I don’t know where it came from or how to get rid of it – if anyone has a clue it’s at https://www.theguiltyparet.com

    I’ve looked in every part of the theme but honestly, I don’t even know what I’m looking for. I don’t mind keeping it for social bookmarking but the way it is set up is terrible!
