Code editor showing red means code errors? See image

Hi Folks,

My functions.php file shows code with red highlights and I wonder if red indicates code errors? For example, there’s no ?> after the endif but when I added ?> after it, the red highlight didn’t go away.

Check out the code for my functions.php at https://pastebin.com/aRXJSAbF and tell me if it’s correct. I added new calls to the functions.php but the endif red highlight was there before I made any changes to functions.php.
