Code doesn’t exist & Emails not working

  • I am testing my website at the moment, and am having some real issues with the gift cards.

    When I used a gift card code in the checkout, it applies fine, but when i continue checkout, i get a message telling em the discount has been removed as the code doesn’t exist.

    In the back end, it is then showing that the code has been redeemed, however it has not gone through checkout, and no discount has been applied.

    I’m also not receiving the email with the voucher code when I ‘purchase’, nor when I ‘send email’ in the back end, so the entire plugin seems pretty pointless at the moment.

    Any advice?

    thanks for contacting us!

    I just tested the plugin on my installation and it works fine, so I recommend you run the following tests:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change your theme to another like our Proteo theme.
    • leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.
