    The markup in WooCommerce looks correct to me. It doesn’t need to be exactly what Google’s markup helper returns. In fact, some of the google markup you posted looks incorrect – such as duplicate tags.

    but you know google : if it is not exactly what they decide they put you “bad information” (in french exactly : “éléments contenant des erreurs”) with a great red line.

    google is curious.
    in search console : missing name (24-06-16)
    online : all is correct

    another case interessante is on severals products = champ manquant updated
    or every body know that in product : no date !
    the result of that is than i get : “500 éléments contenant des erreurs”.

    can i do something against the errors of google ?

    yes is the same : on mine we have to choice between product or article and so on.

    but i repeat that :

    and i know you cannot do anything : it just to inform about google (en fran?ais on dirait : les conneries de google).

    Product’s don’t have dates on them in the front-end by default. It makes more sense for content like blog posts, but not necessarily products. If you want, this is something you could add to your site though.
