Code country is not displayed in second modal

    I have a page with two forms in two different popups/modals.
    In one popup the country code field is displayed correctly, but in the second popup the field does not appear.
    Inspecting the code, I see that the second popup does not generate the html of the field when activated.
    The popups are made with the UIKit Modal.
    Can you give me a solution to this problem?

    Are you using same form twice in same page? Without checking your form, Its hard to give solution.

    Yes, I use the same form in both popups.
    If I add two different forms, the field is displayed correctly.
    Do you plan to work around being able to use the same form on the same page?

    Thank you for confirming that you’re using the same form. According to Gravity Forms, you cannot use the same form twice on the same page.

    To resolve this issue, please use a different form.
