code being stripped out of PayPal button on WordPress hosted blog

Hello,

I’m helping a client who is having trouble implementing PayPal buttons on his WordPress hosted blog. I’ve done this many times on WordPress sites hosted elsewhere, however, WordPress hosting apparently strips out the html code.

I also read elsewhere that they also don’t allow plugins on WordPress hosted sites? I see that there are some plugins to help with this.

I’m not able to use PayPal’s “email” option, as the buttons require a text field and dropdown.

I’ve looked and looked in the PayPal forums and WordPress forums but have not found a solution, although I do see others have had the same problem.

Can anyone there help me with this? I’m sure others have had this same issue.
