code being added to url is messing up analytics

Hello,

For some reason contact form 7 adds the below code to the url when submitted.

#wpcf7-f9398-p7488-o1

I have tried redirecting to different pages on submission but the code always appears. My SEO guy keeps telling me that the code is causing errors and stopping the Google analytics from working.

Other people have asked similar questions but I havn’t found and answer yet.

How can i stop this from happening?
