code base 64

Hello everybody,
I dowload a free wordpress theme which really fit my needs but i found some base 64 inside the theme….
the theme is destination from https://www.templatelite.com/page/3/.
The TAC plgin found me :Line 3: “base64_decode($m));unset($m);…” in he template.php.
Is there a possibility to fix that problem.
I would really appreciate any helps.
