code altered after image posted

What exactly is wrong with the page? sorry, i didn’t realize when i posted this, that you need to be logged in to see the join page. what you’re seeing is the login page which is fine.

i don’t know how to force the page with the issues to be seen, but here is a screen shot.

Hopefully you can find a backup of that page and return it to the original state. Or maybe someone will jump in here and correct the code.

don’t switch between the html editor and visual editor –

the damage was already done by using visual. i had paid someone to create this login/membership management for me but its been several weeks and they have not returned emails. so i am really stuck here.

the actual paypal buttons seem to work, but the code is displaying.
