Code added after post/page/category inside blog

    I configured some setting in Yoast SEO and automatically in every click in the blog, in every page,category and post a code is inserted at the end of the address bar.
    The code is /#.XFYe9VUzaUk
    What did I do wrong? How can I show off this?
