code: 500, text status: error, text: Internal Server Error

    Hi,I downloaded Dropbox backup & restore and connected to my dropbox through App Key and App secret making own folder in my dropbox. After connecting when I click CREATE DROPBOX BACKUP, it’s giving me error as ‘code: 500, text status: error, text: Internal Server Error’.
    I send the report to support team many times whenever it said submit report to support team. I even gave details of login and password for my website too.
    Please kindly resolve this issue and rectify me if I had done mistake at anywhere in process. I read good review for support for this app. I hope the support team helps me in resolving my issue.

    is that your domain elmind* ?

    We can’t find any logs on your hosting due plugin and the FTP access, that you give us before – didn’t work.
    Please, send to us your working FTP access or Web Server logs.
    Unfortunately that is the reason, why you didn’t receive the answer for long time.
