Code 404

We had a notice that we needed to re-authorize with O365 due to 2FA. We did that and now we are getting this error when testing:
Code: 404, Message: Not Found, Body: {“error”:{“code”:”MailboxNotEnabledForRESTAPI”,”message”:”The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.”}}
