COD won’t show or caclulated on order details..

  • Hello all,
    Problem we have is COD won’t show or caclulated on order details… even thow the customer selected somehow it disables it. any insights on this?

    Hey there,

    It sounds like CoD is supposed to be charging a fee, but that’s not showing up at checkout. Is that correct?

    If so, I’m not seeing that setting on my own test site:

    Can you please let me know more about what’s changed for you?

    Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
