COD isn’t disabled above a set limit

  • Hello! Great plugin!

    However I am seeing some problems that I would like to report you.

    I am using WordPress 6.0.1 and Woocommerce 6.8.0.

    I have set an extra fee of 2 euros and a limit of 19 euros to be disabled.

    However the extra fee is not disabled after that amount.

    Also, in the field below the limit setting (Select what should be included to the cart amount total), I can’t disable the Shipping Costs. I de-select it, save, and it comes back selected again.
