COD amount remains even when disabled on local pickup

    Very useful plugin, however i noticed an issue:

    If its radio box is selected and then user selects a shipping method for which it’s not enabled (local pickup in my case), the cod cost amount still appears despite disappearing from the payment methods. You must click another payment method for the cod cost to disappear for the shipping methods that it’s not enabled.

    I found the issue, you must choose the plugin’s “Disable on specific shipping methods of zones” and not the WooCommerce’s build-in feature “Enable for specific zones”. Either way will eventually work, however the 1st option works more properly, since it removes the extra fee immediately.
