• Would it be possible to get some feedback on how important using a theme designed around the set of Gutenberg blocks is?
For example, I know the Go theme has a number of color schemes included, of which you can select one.
Is the selected Go color scheme ‘passed’ or ‘inherited’ by Coblocks when they are used together?
Such that, if I choose to use GeneratePress with Coblocks, I will be missing the natural linkage and sharing of variables from the Theme to Coblocks?

So, the kernel of my question, is:
“How important is it to use Go with Coblocks”, how much will I suffer and lose by choosing to use another Theme instead of Go?

    Thanks,
    Cameron

  • Hello @camkego,

CoBlocks can be used anywhere, but we made the cohesiveness between CoBlocks and the Go theme seamless.

The color schemes are pulled into CoBlocks to fill the Color Settings for certain blocks that deal with the Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and Background colors. You can choose to use a Custom Color as well in the blocks.

Thanks for reaching out! I hope this answers your questions.
