CoBlocks Forms Submit sometimes works and sometimes not

    Hi,

    I have created a form that sometimes works and sometimes does not. Sometimes it shows the message that the email has been sent successfully but I don’t receive the email and many times when I send the form the page reloads but I don’t get the success message and I don’t get any error.

    My CoBlocks is up-to-date with version 3.1.3
