• I used Coblocks to create this form block. It is a basic Estimate Request form with a submit button “Send Request” … After filling out the form and hitting the button it hangs/gets stuck for like 15 seconds. My customers have been clicking multiple times or going to another business because of the frustration submitting for an estimate request with me. I have been loosing $ for IDK how long… At least since August 2023. This is driving me crazy. I just need the form to not take forever to go to the form submission completion notice/page. This form worked fine for at least a year and a half just fine. I’m so frustrated and have spent over 30hrs. Trying to figure out what’s wrong, but I’m at a dead end and possibly just won’t use Coblocks

    please help!

I’ve read through all the forums and did every suggestion mentioned. Clear cache, purge cache, tried another form plugin (same results), de-activated plugins to isolate (none of that mattered), double checked SMTP (that’s fine), updated my Theme, deleted any Themes not active

    Hello @reubenrice,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response.

Since you mentioned that another form plugin causes the same issue, we can exclude the possibility that CoBlocks is the reason for the delayed form submissions. Additionally, none of the WordPress forms has options for improving submission speed as it always depends on something else. Sometimes the forms are slow due to some plugin or theme conflicts, or if there are lots of active plugins on a limited hosting plan. For further help with this, I highly suggest you contact your hosting provider. There are also lots of other reasons for the issue such as lots of sites on shared hosting, malware, etc.

    I hope I helped a bit. ??

    Kind Regards,

    Milos
