I bought a WP template, installed it, configured it, and am using the form that came with the template (coblocks form). In setting up the form, I put the email address in the document section of the block. When hitting submit to test the form, I do not get the email. I contacted godaddy support thinking it was the hosting plan or site and they ran scripts and confirmed that it’s not on their end. They informed me that coblocks needs to have an SMTP connection that currently does not exist on my site (test.billsbodyshop.net/contact). How can I get this to work? Thank you!

I installed a SMTP plugin and can get test emails from the plugin, but still not from the coblocks form. I also tried the captcha function and it doesn’t work after saving. Feels like the form is not updating after any updates in the block.

I went with Contact Forms instead and it is working. If you go to the page I listed, you’ll see the contact forms version and not coblocks.

My apologies. There is something wrong with the email address that godaddy created. When I use your form with my personal email it works. Closing this issue and will follow up with godaddy.
