Cobalt Blue Theme Comments are to small to read

I’m using the Cobalt Blue theme and for all comments to posts the text is so small that it is unreadable. The avatar is also to small to see. I’m not sure where in the CSS to change the font size for the comments. All of the other text (for posts and pages)looks fine. The site name is rockingchair-ranch.com I’m new to CSS and any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
