[Plugin: Co-authors plus] Coauthors Plus Plugin showing author multiple times

I am currently using the co authors plus plugin on the Dyad theme. Here is an example of a post from my site.

The problem is that under the title it is displaying Posted by (author) on (date)(author).The author is listed twice, and is awkwardly close to the date.
I would like to find a way to make it display Posted on (date) by (author) and (co-author). I have tried several codes in the style-sheet to remove the “posted by” feature, but have not had any luck. Ant help with this would be much appreciated!
