Co-operation with Pages

I love your plugin Page Builder. However i need some help with your Masonry plugin. Personally i think it is the best masonry-brick plugin out there but i need some help.

First of all, how do you use it?
I searched many wikis and spent time online to get a tutorial on this but i don’t get how to use this great plugin. I also check your documentation too but i still don’t understand.

Can you please break down into the very simplistic steps on how to create a layout like this- image.
