CNAME or additional domain mapping

  • How can I set the WordPress installation to not only accept the primary domain for the network (https://mydomain.com for example) but ALSO accept or redirect another url to the same network site (https://myolddomain.com) without using a redirect but rather A record or CNAME at ISP?

    On multisites for example you can use the MU domain mapping plugin to add primary/secondary domains.
