CNAME not saving (Rackspace CDN)

  • Everything is configured and authorized, but when in wp-admin “configure CNAMEs” I add the name , click apply, I see it on the settings screen, then click save all settings, page reloads and the cdn I just set is not there. It doesn’t save it.

    So instead of my cdn url in the html I’m getting the CDN host which is wrong link.

    I am sorry for any inconvenience and for the delay. About 2 months ago a new version has been released which brought a lot of bug fixes on CDN settings. Can you please make sure that you have updated the plugin? If the issue persists, please feel free to open a new support request and we will do our best to assist you.
