CN23>Category of item and customs reference of sender not working

    Hi there !

    When sending a package abroad, for instance let’s say to the US, the DHL Label ist correct but the CN23 is showing a wrong Category of item in my case “Sonstiges mit Erkl?rung / Autre Explication” instead of “Handelsware / Sales of good”.
    On top of that the EORI Nummer is also not being displayed, but it is when I do it manually on the DHL Portal.
    I do not not find anywhere on WP/Woocom to change these settings ?

    The customs description if taken from the product name itself. Does that seem right in your case?

    Hi Shadi, thanks for answering !

    “Description of content” is ok, Name of the product, this is perfect.
    It is more on “Category Item” which should be “Sales of good” and not “Other” to avoid us Retoure from the customs for wrong Category written.
    Just wonder how your plug-in decide which category to choose and not an another one ?
    As soon as the Category is right, it could be that the EORI also appears in “Customs reference of sender”
    I just sent you an Email to picture the Issue, I can guess there is one part of the code choosing something instead of the other one, the category list is reall specific.

    The “Category Item” at the moment is defaulted to “other”, there is no way to modify it.
