    Hi,

    We’ve installed this plugin a while ago and it’s been working fine so far. However, previously we have been working with DHL Intraship (for Magento) and that is closing down soon. Right now, we still get the CN23/CP71 form and Proforma invoice from Intraship, but what will happen when Intraship closes? How can we create these forms and the invoice from that moment on?

    thank you for reaching out to us.

    Regarding the CN23 and CP71, both of them will still be printed in the DHL Business Customer Portal and the fitting Plugins.

    The Proforma invoice on the other side is not going to be printed in the DHL Business Customer Portal anymore, so you have to add your own invoice to the package.

    So, we should still be able to generate the CN23/CP71 form via this specific plugin right?

    And to confirm: you’re completely cancelling the proforma invoice?

    yes, if you use a DHL Versenden Plugin you will still be able to generate the CN23/CP71.

    The proforma invoice is not being printed from the side of DHL anymore and is not needed. You can use the invoices from your system.
