    Hello,

I have been using the new DHL Warenpost International for a few days now and keep noticing minor errors.

For international shipments, outside the Euro currency, it is necessary that the foreign currency (USD, GBP, etc.) is displayed on the label.

The first orders in USD take the value of goods, but show the currency Euro.

    How can this be fixed?

For the display of the multicurrency I use the WPML plugin.

Thanks in advance and best regards

    Rafael

    Hello,
Could you please send us more information on your website like:

What is the base currency of the store?
Can customers order with any currency?
Does the order amount shows in converted currency or does it shows the base currency?

    Many Thanks

    Hello Yago,

the default currency is Euro. Based on the geolocation of the customer, the website is displayed in EUR, USD and GBP. With the customer order, the invoice is also issued in the automatically selected currency EUR, USD and GDP. The customer himself cannot change the currencies.

This means that WooCommerce runs through the entire ordering process in the respective currency. Only the label takes EUR, regardless of the currency with which the customer has paid.

    Cheers and regards.

The currency is not being sent by the plugin so my guess is that it is defaulting to EUR for all orders regardless of the actual paid currency. Is this what you are referring to?

If the currency is not being sent, that will probably be the problem. Are there any timely plans to address this issue?

    All the best!
