I have a new project and I am wondering if WP are the best CMS for it. The site should contain pages like about, contact, etc. But the company have multiple departments, which for each there should be subpages like opening hours, location etc. An example of a sitemap:

    – Home
    – About
    – Department1
    – – Opening hours
    – – Location
    – Department2
    – – Opening hours
    – – Location
    – Contact

The content of the department pages should be identical but with different data. Are there any plugins which could solve this – or will I have to develop it myself?

You can set it up fine using wordpress and use new custom menu feature and static pages settings.

Create all pages you want and then add in custom menu and you can arrange them as you wish.

Well, I would like some kind of a plugin where I could create these departments and type in their data – and let the system generate the complete content of the pages, setup menus and more.
