    please note that despite the fact we have set “Bypass User Roles access” and :Top Bar Switch Access” only for editors the subscribers still bypass the cmp – pls let us know how we can solve it

    Hello @bundag, damn you are right, I have just tested it on my environment and it indeed did not work as expected!

    I have just released 2.7.1 update, which resolve the issue.

    It works on my development servers:

    This is what I do:

    Set Editor role to bypass CMP and Give access to Topbar:

    Created two users: subscriber with Subscriber role and editor with Editor role.

    If I login with Editor I can bypass CMP and can enable/disable CMP via topbar.
    If I login with Subscriber, I can see CMP landing page..

    Don’t you use some kind of caching plugins? It might create issues as well..

    we have done exact like you and we have no caching at all –
    – if I log with subscribers – I see the website in working stage – which I do not want
    – if we leave blank – means only admin – is working
    – before your update even this choice was not working …something still to be fixed…

    I just checked on few another domains and it works as expected now for me.

    Can you confirm you did not enable a Whitelist for your homepage or some other page?

    If not, I am not sure how could I resolve the issue without your website wp admin permission..

    – last time I forgot to disable whitelist – as I have made so many variants and checks…
